Do yourself a huge favor, and sit down and think through what your ending, ideal physique is going to look like, feel like, and be.
Be clear and concrete with what you want.
No one expects you to know exactly what you want (because you may have never been there before), but what you ultimately want to accomplish is going to dictate the steps you must take to get there - in a big way.
