You guys already know, I'm the biggest flexible dieter you'll ever meet. I know and believe that a strong level of flexibility with your nutrition is NEEDED to make any progress you might achieve sustainable in the long-term.
But lately, I've settled into a fixed meal plan, as I prepare to take the stage on 11/23.
And you know what? It's terrific.
When you do use a fixed meal plan for a period of time, it minimizes the variables in question, and it can really free up your resources for other things...like the rest of your life.
