When it comes to fitness, we all have a toolbox - a collection of available tips, tricks, strategies, and structures that we can apply to help us reach our goals. What we need to remember, though, is that all of these tools are not created equally. Some are more like a 'hammer', as we lean on them early and often, while others are far more specific, like a 'socket wrench'. With these, their purpose is a lot more specialized, and their use is a lot less frequent.
