Today, we're looking through the 'cube' with a fitness only lens, and we wanted to encourage all of you to challenge yourselves. Push the envelope and test your limits. The only way to ever really know what you're capable of is to approach true, absolute failure.

In other words, if you want to take your fitness to places you've never been, you've got to get out to the fringes and do things you've never done. And, take it from the Navy Seals - when you think you're done, you're probably about 40% of the way there.
