If there were a 4th 'F' to the cube, it would probably be fiber. It ranks above family, food, friendship, or fun in its incredible awesomeness. But, today's episode isn't really aimed at a highlight reel dedicated to this little micro...or macro...or whatever it is.

Instead, we wanted to showcase the simple fact that using a flexible dieting approach to your nutrition strategy doesn't mean you can eat chicken breasts and pizza, or deli turkey and Doritos all day, as long as you hit your P, C, and F targets. This is because you still have to hit your fiber targets, too, so you are naturally 'funneled' into the direction of 'healthier' foods 80-90% of the time.
