For me? Simple.

Brownies and Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Sure, on a flexible diet, I COULD have these, if I wanted to, but I know better. Not only are these choices a little low on the nutrient scale (making the rest of the day pretty challenging), but I know that the likelihood that I overeat on either of these is about 100%. Ain't no scenario where I'm having 140 grams of a hot brownie with walnuts, and then shuttin' it down. Uh uh.

So, take a few minutes, and be honest with yourself. What are your 'trigger foods'?
