If physical fitness is important to you, I'd be willing to bet that you've spent an inordinate amount of time in a fat loss, or dieting, phase. So, when it comes time to pump the brakes, and give your mind and body a rest, it can be quite a challenge - especially when the scale starts to go UP (as it kind of should...at least a little).

Psychologically, this can be a tough pill to swallow. So, coming from a guy who's fallen victim to these mind games more times than I care to admit, here's a little mental hack that's reshaped how I view this process.
