Once you settle into your training at some level, you'll likely wonder: should I be using light weights or heavy weights? This a great question, and interestingly, the answer is - it doesn't matter.
I know, I know...many of you who know me are going to be surprised by that answer because I love me some heavy weights! But, for those of you out there that much prefer to use lighter weights (for good reason), this is some good news.
