Description

Palm Sunday marked Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem during Passover, riding a donkey to fulfill ancient prophecy and demonstrate His peaceful kingdom. The crowds welcomed Him with palm branches and shouts of Hosanna, symbolizing their submission to His rule. Though initially celebrated, many would turn against Him within days when He didn't meet their expectations of a political messiah. Instead, Jesus entered Jerusalem as the sacrificial Lamb of God, establishing a kingdom marked by humility rather than military might.
