Austin has quickly been building a strong following helping players to develop their mental skills on and off the field. During this discussion we talk about the change from being a Player and utilizing Mental Skills to a Coach and teaching them, Key Areas of Focus and applying it to all aspects of development, blending technology with Mental Skills, and getting players to understand the value of Mental Development.
