In this episode, I share 5 great reasons why you should take up walking regularly. There are so many benefits to walking and it's been proven to help with stress, anxiety, weight loss and other challenges.
In 2019, when I had very major surgery I could not walk for quite some time. Even when I started to, I couldn't do it more than tiny baby steps with the help of my husband. It was awful and painful, but it helped me realize how immensely grateful I was to have two legs for walking. Even through the struggle of getting back to normal I realized I had a new-found appreciation for things in life that many (including myself) take for granted - like having the ability to walk or the scent of fresh air. Combine the two and you have a nice walk outside! :) Now go get your catwalk on!
