My friends SOOOO excited to have met Dr. Kahn yesterday as I dive in and learn more about how to be #hearthealthy.

β€οΈ Know your numbers. Know your blood pressure, cholesterol, even ask your doctor about having a coronary calcium scan which can help doctors understand the health of your arteries.
β€οΈ Cut out the processed foods and replace them with nutrient rich foods. Eat your fruits and veggies! πππππ₯π₯¦π₯
β€οΈ Get 7-8 hours sleep. Rest is critical to your health.
β€οΈ Do things like regular exercise and yoga/meditation to keep your heart healthy and less stressed.
