In this episode, Rachel sits down with trainer and women's fitness advocate, Steph Anson to talk about what it means to exercise and adopt fitness for life. Steph and her husband started training clients out of a garage, but then opened their dream weight training gym, Capital City Barbell in Salem, Oregon in 2018 and they have been swarmed with clients ever since. Steph is extremely passionate about women's fitness specifically and she breaks down why it doesn't have to be a "thing" for women to enter the gym and lift weights.
Steph also talks about how lifting weights and getting into the gym created the confidence in herself to go out and help others in their journey to whole life health.
