IT’S BACK! Formerly known as the “Highway 9 Throwdown,” we’ve since relocated and have had to rebrand our annual CrossFit competition! We are so excited to welcome the prairie CrossFIt community back into our facility for yet another year of fun!
Today we’re talking about all things Beatdown. We rehash some of our favourite moments of the Hwy 9 Throwdown in the past. We share some of the behind-the-scenes planning that goes on for an event this large. And we drop some hints along the way for what this year might entail!
Each year we challenge ourselves to get better and improve on the previous year, and this year will continue that trend. We’ve got a few announcements hidden in this episode about what will make this year grand.
