Summer is right around the corner, so we’re talking all things summer today! Some of you might be experiencing disruptions in your routine, having to set new schedules, or the abandonment of a schedule all together. This can lead to challenges with your fitness routine, your nutrition choices, and your mindset along the way.
We’re here to offer you some tips to help manage those situations. Throwing in the towel and straying away from those things you want for yourself is not the answer. Sometimes it means you need to change your expectations, your assumptions, and your approach.
