This is one of the comments we hear the most when we are first sitting down with prospective clients, and it’s presented in many different ways. People come to us searching for more mobility, more flexibility, less pain, and the ability to increase the quality of their life. They want to be able to make it up and down the stairs without pain, or go on that family hiking trip and make it the entire way without their knee limiting them.

Mobility is important to our lives for many different reasons - the quality of life, performance reasons, or even ergonomically mobility becomes important at work!

We’ll take you through all the reasons why mobility is important, and where and how it might be limiting you from your daily life, all the way to your performance in the gym.
