When we first experienced the Lockdown, it forced us to re-evaluate a lot of the programs we offered, and how we went about offering them. One of the great things that came out of our restructuring was our at-home programming!

Today, we’re talking about our at-home programs, how they work, what they look like, and why they’re so effective at helping our clients accomplish their goals. Our at-home program works for clients when they are either located remotely, can’t make it into the gym because of such things as holidays, or sometimes it is used as a program that offers additional work to accomplish their goals.

Have you participated in our at-home program? Was it effective for you? If so, why? And if not, what do you think is your biggest barrier when it comes to working out at home if you were needing to?
