We’re back! After a bit of a hiatus, One Percent Better with Coach T and Whitney is back! Today we’re talking everything about the upcoming Intramural Open at CFF! Many of our members participated in this great event last year, and we’re excited to welcome MANY new members into the excitement this year! Because it’s been a year since the last grand event, it’s time to recap and review what it’s all about! We talk about what the Open actually is, what the Intramural Open is, why we run it the way we do, and what you can expect and look forward to!
