Description

The automatic assumption is that ministry can only happen under the banner of the organised church. So the pastor, youth worker, Sunday school teacher etc. are all believed to be “in ministry” but the person who holds no official position in church and spends the week as a postman, office worker, manager or is a homemaker is not classed as being in ministry.

We have somehow equated ministry with a church position/title when in reality “ministry” (or being a minister) is something far more integral to who we are outside of the church setting.

In this episode we explain how your role in the workplace is effectively that of a missionary. What is the difference between "verbal witnessing" and "witnessing by deed/action"? Examples of where men and women of the Bible worked out their faith in their place of work
