can be so powerful when you really grasp it. I share three ways to build intention by practicing 1. 80/20 Rule 2. Burn the Boats and 3. Being a Conscious Participant. We explore health, lifestyle and the importance of aligning our subconscious belief systems to what we desire most. We discuss the importance of having a strong "why" behind anything you are pursuing. I believe with my whole heart that you can choose the life you want and it all starts with intentional, repeated, consistent daily decisions!
