Vampiro Drink Recipe
•3 ounces sangrita (4 parts of fresh orange juice
1 part of fresh squeezed lime juice
1 slice of onion as thin as possible
Hot sauce sauce (eg Valentina®), to taste
1/4 part of pomegranate juice
Kosher Salt to taste)
•1 ½ ounces citrus-flavored soda (such as Squirt®)
•½ lime, juiced
•1/2 orange, juiced
•1/2 grapefruit, juice
•2-3 dashes of Valentina Hot sauce
•ice cubes, or as needed
•1 ½ fluid ounces silver tequila (100% agave) Costco Kirkland Silver Tequila is king!
•Rim glass in Mexican-style chili powder with lime (such as Tajin® fruit seasoning)
•Mix all ingredients in a Tajin rimmed talk glass, add grapefruit flavored soda and stir.
•Salud!!!
