Description

An appointment setter is one of the hardest positions to fill and retain for several reasons. First, it’s gritty work. Second, most setters desire to be closers and view this position as a stop versus a destination. Additionally, it’s rare I see a business owner train their setter properly. If you don’t set a team member up for success, they will fail. That’s not girl math. 

I can’t tell you how many clients hire me saying, “my setter isn’t booking calls”. Digging deeper, they never trained the person, SOPs are non-existent and the lead tracker (if you can even call it that) isn’t up to date.
