Parenting can be SO TOUGH! As parents, we can beat ourselves up for not knowing the solutions, losing our shit, worrying about doing damage to our kids etc.  Since I like to get the root of things here on Self Care Is My Job, let's address how in reality, we are not given all the tools we need for parenting and how self care can help us regulate so we can respond instead of react.  Parenting Coach Tia Slightham joins us on the show with LOTS of parenting solutions and advice!
