Wow! It's Yow! Yow Giao is a St. Petersburg, Florida-based artist who is originally from Australia, which means she has the BEST accent EVER! As an artist, she especially loves creating abstract eyeballs because "our eyeballs are an extension of our brain. Our brain is our mind. Our mind tells us everything we know." Yow is passionate about art because, as she says, "art is life."
In addition to art, Yow is also extremely passionate about mental health and aims to help bring awareness to mental health issues with her art AND her platform. We talk a lot about BOTH of these things in this episode of TDW podcast.
