Cesar Ramirez was born in Colombia and his parents came along to New York City in search of the American dream, so he grew up in NYC. He was fortunate to have obtained a full-tuition leadership scholarship to attend his undergraduate school - Brandeis University, where he found his passion to help others - and so his journey began in helping friends achieve their personal and professional goals.
Cesar fell in love with Psychology at Brandeis and continued his studies by obtaining a M.A. in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University, which propelled his 15+ year journey as a Human Resource Leader, Coach, Consultant and Trainer.
He believes that work and life play a major role in everyone's lives and as a Certified Coach (Work & Life Coaching), Certified Sound Healer, HR Consultant and Trainer, he has been fortunate to have helped hundreds of people and organizations in their journey.
