Born and raised in Dublin Ireland, Carol now calls Clearwater, Florida home. She resides here with her husband Andrew and is mom to two little boys, Tadhg and Fionn.
Carol is a Keto/health enthusiast who is passionate about fitness and nutrition and helping others find a better version of themselves. When she is not juggling work and mommy duties, she loves to run. She has completed many races over the years and is currently training for the Chicago marathon.
