#10: My guest today is Lauren Lapid - Lauren grew up in Orange County, California and went to college in Virginia. She was determined to find a job in New York post-grad in the design field, so she decided to give herself a 10-week trial. Lauren is now hitting her 1-year anniversary since she moved to New York City in 2019. We talk about how Lauren is dealing with being the youngest in the office, the newest in the city and everything in no one tells you when moving to New York.
