We’ve all done it—things that we know we shouldn’t do, because it makes us feel better (for a moment), or makes us feel nothing (for a time), or distracts us from the problem, giving us a little rest. But when the ice cream is all gone, they money is spent, the alcohol or drugs wear off, etc., the problem is still there. In fact, many times it’s worse.

Today we’re talking about strategies for hitting the delete button on self-medicating.
