5min Row/Bike
Movement Prep: 1-2 rounds:
:60 Alt low lunge stretches each leg
20 PVC Passthroughs
:60 of inchworms with cobra stetch
10 Banded walks forward, backward, left, right

Workout Prep: at moderate pace then picking up speed:
5 snatches or clean and jerks empty BB
5 Hip Down Push ups
5 snatches or clean and jerks light BB weight
5 Stepping up and down burpees
2x
5 snatches or clean and jerks working BB weight
5 Stepping or jumping Bar Facing Burpees
Rest then GO TIME!
