SUGGESTED WARM UP:

5min Row with EMOM: 3 push ups + 3 Air Squats



Movement Prep: 1-2 rounds:

:60 PVC or banded Passthroughs/Circular

5 Ring Row + 5 Ring Dip

:30 Quad Pull Stretches

10 Banded walks forward, backward, left, right, Squats

:30 Twisted Cross Stretch Each side



Workout Prep:

5 Squats holding wallball

5 Wallball Push presses on wall

5 Wallballs



5 Ring Swings - gradually getting bigger

5 Muscle up Rows
