AARON HAYES BIO

Aaron Hayes spent the last 21 years working with students and teams as a coach, mentor, teacher, pastor, entrepreneur, and consultant. He has a passion to empower leaders to step into dreams and passions and sustain them through powerful workshops and trainings. 

Aaron and his wife, Sarah, have five rambunctious children from the ages of 10 to 27 and haven’t slept in ten years, but are still very happy. Aaron is the founder of Catalyst Mentoring and alumnus of Leadership Redding.  Currently, Aaron works as a consultant and business coach working with teams across the country.
