We are tracking the real life weekly happenings of small business owners just like you. This will be an experience like no other as we get a chance to do life with these guys from the end of their lawn and landscape season in 2020, through their winter, as they prep for a new year and into the chaos of spring rush.
This is not an interview. These are calls where I check in on business owners and ask them the hard questions… We use each phone call to build on the next and make sure that we know what they are going through and how we can help.
In this series there are a total of 4 business owners. The first two business owners are going into their second year of full time lawncare. The second group, one is going into their 5th year and then the other is going into their 11th year of business.
We are going to bring you 2 of these calls each week. Every Tuesday and Wednesday we will drop the conversation. And it will be in the same order.
Our goal with this series is for you to be able to relate with someone that is similar in your business size. Not every phone call will be overly entertaining but that is business isnt it. We all deal with a billion decisions and come up with 100 solutions to hard problems on a weekly basis. So by hearing the highs, lows and real life thoughts of owners on a weekly basis we get a chance to go through this journey as a community.
