1. Put wrong guy in the wrong spot. Didn’t give proper feedback and set specific expectations
2. Didn’t put enough ownership on each route manager
3. Had to give up some quality to ensure we hit the correct quantity. Going from 3-7 was big jump. Did ride with our guys enough
4. Organization and systems were not there. Specifically systems around maintenance, cleaning and tools
5. Did not provide myself enough margin in my days to be sure details are tightened up and taken care of. I do great job of growth, projections and vision.
