If you can check each of these, with absolute integrity, then you are an excellent leader. But don’t stop there. Live into each of these traits each and every day with you team. And if you really want to be authentic and accountable, ask your team members to rate you on a scale of 1-5 on each of these. Give them the freedom from retribution to be honest. They can even do so anonymously Then use this information to grow as a leader.
