In this espisode, I share my tips on obtaining a paycheck and my lead generation startegies to earn a paycheck every week.

In our marketplace the median days to closing, once you have a contract, is 43 days.  So when I say, "45 days to a paycheck", I mean after your client is under contract.  Therefore, if you have a listing, those 45 days could realistically be an extra 9 to 31, as in the Illinois market area (infosparks).  Now your paycheck is 76 days away if you are the listing agent and you have 31 days until the property goes under contract.  If you want to be 45 days to a contract, you've got some work to do.

As of October 14th, 2021 in Illinois, there are 37,347 potential buyers.  In our MLS area from Joliet up to the Wisconsin border west to about Hinkley, Illinois there are 998 lis pendens properties where the bank has officially started the foreclosure process. Now just remember, this does not mean the home is underwater, but it does mean is that the homeowner may be in a position to sell their home.  So what can you do to start generating new business?  Listen and grab your notepad to write down my tips.
