Everyone will build their funnel based on their area, networks and past business.  However, there is always opportunity to adjust and grow or even build a team.    Your goals are your goals.  Focus on your business and no one elses.  Let others keep you motivated when you watch social, but don't change your business strategy for anyone.  Unless it's a good growth move for your business.

Remember your "why" will keep you motivated and consistency will keep you with a paycheck.  Most of you are feeling the shift.  For the first time we are seeing price changes, more cancelled listings and expired listings.

As of the time of this recording, In Northern Illinois there are 6,909 preforeclosures that have not hit the market.  There are 2070 bank owned homes that haven't hit the market.  August 2022

In Central Florida I found 2086 preforeclosures.  Most of these homes have equity.   These sellers might be able to walk away with a profit.

What's true, many of our cities still have low inventory.  Keep learning about data and explaining the data to our clients.
