This is the week of the DM. I get it! I do like to answer my Direct Messages. I probably won't answer right away, because our agents come first at CarMarc Realty Group. However, because I go live to educate the real estate industry I do answer your DM's eventually. Many of the DM's are around lead generation. So many agents are challenged with earning more money in real estate. So this week, on Friday, Let's chat over coffee at 9am around Earning more money, building an inbound lead generation business and a sustainable business.
I find that may of you want success over night. You want the leads to pour in, you watch the producing agents, get lead after lead after lead. And you can't understand why it's not happening for you. You even want the brokerage to give you leads. Extremely rare, and if they do, you will pay for that lead. There is no overnight success. Now, if you win the lotto that might help, but learning the game of real estate takes time, effort, education, putting the education into practice, and doing what other agents won't do.
