In this episode, I share my free ways to generate leads during the Holidays.  

My top tip for today outside of my free ways to generate leads and maybe paid if you have the pocket books.  There is no perfect script, you have to build your perfect script.  I'll give you a script but you'll need to change it as you grow.

Some of my free ways to generate a lead during the Holidays.

• Create an eye catching Post!
• Post it on Facebook
• Create an Instagram Reel
• Share your Reel to your Story
• Use the google form in every post or a lead capture form.  Cloud CMa or if you have access to ConnectMLS I would use their lead capture form and generate leads on my mls home page and via email.
• Go live and breakdown the steps of home ownership - you could also add this to your Facebook post. or IG Post
• Create a short video, add the video to YouTube

Walk your neighborhood with doorknob bags or doorknob hangers.  Stop over thinking this and let's get to work.

Bonus, you've got to start engaging with your networks posts so you sit at the top of feeds and they know you're still on social media.  How will we remember you if you don't post and comment?
