In this episode, I share my tips on why we should be marketing to pre-foreclosures in our areas now.  You keep hearing me say, “now is not the time to stop marketing your business”. We might always adjust and implement new ideas, but we can never stop working. During the holidays we still need to get out mailings out.

Marketing to pre-foreclosures

  1. Send marketing piece that is traditional with a market update
  2. always have a call to action
  3. The second marketing piece - did you know? With data
  4. the third bring up the pre-pre-foreclosures
  5. Redirect your mailer to a video on your potential listing to a video on the market and the current market values
  6. By the 2nd and third mailer share about the pre-foreclosure and send data and share options
  7. collaboarate
  8. Locating pre-foreclosures - Realist, RPR and Remine -
  9. Look by neighborhood, city, county and or subdivision
  10. Consider looking for pre-foreclosures that have equity - the owner can still make money
  11. Upside down homes will end up as a short sales.
