First, I would like to say there are so many ways to generate leads. However when you generate leads you will still have to convert those links. You can generate leads by working with friends and family, walk in your neighborhood getting to know your neighbors and even by referral. The hardest part of real estate is you must create your own in box. You’ve Heard me say this over and over again this is not a job you’re the boss you’re the entrepreneur you have to put in the work, you can not wait for someone else to do it for you. If you want someone else to generate the leads expect to pay for the leads. If you simply show up  to any of my classes to learn MLS tools you will learn how to generate lead.
