Our birthdays only swing around once a year, and it is so important that we stop and take the time to reflect upon the past year. Let's face it. Lots has happened since this time last year, some good and some not so much. For those born near Christmas, this can be especially important, as we often tend to get swept up in the holiday blur without the opportunity to celebrate ourselves in the way we would like.
