It can be so easy at the end of the day, especially when someone asks "How was your day? to recount all of the speed bumps hit throughout the last 8 to 10 hours. Especially just before drifting off to sleep, it is of utmost importance to recount at least one thing that went well during the day. This will prime the brain to be in a better place when you awaken the next morning.
