It's not easy to make the decision to take a look at yourself, face your stuff, and work on it. Way out of the comfort zone and challenging, but doable an necessary, to heal and have great relationships. But when you get up the courage to take that path, the path needs to be real, effective, and get to the core. Too many approaches to growth, shifts, and healing fail to do that, and waste people's time, energy, money, bravery, and the opportunity.
