In this episode M.O.N.K. details the recent fitness challenge he completed. The 60-Day "Odd Object and Bodyweight Challenge" involved completing 60 days of workouts where no traditional weights were allowed to be used. Although kettlebells and dumbbells were allowed, with those items, you are not allowed to use anything heavier than 50 pounds. M.O.N.K. describes the results of going through the process, and gives listeners some tips on how to implement this challenge themselves.
