Whenever we borrow something we should have the intent to payback. Whether or not we are able to borrow is dependent on our ability to payback, not our intent. If we borrow, we should make every human effort possible to payback or return the item borrowed. The best rule is to follow Jesus's example. He borrowed a mule, an upper room, a cross and a grave an returned them all. Today, if you have to borrow something, be sure to pay it back.
