The lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree brings back memories of the days when there were lots of Christmas television specials and weekly variety shows that the whole family could watch together. Those days may be gone, but at least we have Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales to bring joy to all, and to all a good night.
