Rescheduling should never be taken for granted, because it gives us the power to put off doing something until we’re “good and ready”. And we hope that those countries that have draconian rules about rescheduling delivery dates and appointments, give that power back to the people. Since there is a word “draconian”, we propose a blockbuster film “Welcome to Draconia”, where a newcomer helps the citizens rise up against the draconian rules they are forced to live by.
