Albert Phillips Jr. is a writer, youth advocate, and educator from Baltimore, MD. His work has been published in Black Enterprise, The Afro, and various other publications. He holds a Master’s in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Journalism from Morgan State University. He is the author of the upcoming book, Y'all Hiring? The Black Teen's Guide to Navigating Employment.
