Bruno Carvalho is a humble, kind and inspiring teacher in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He was born into jiu jitsu in Brazil, where he received instruction by his family. He now lives in Lier, and he is the head coach of Nesodden Grappling and Team Carvalho. In this interview we talk about his journey and the lessons learned from a lifetime dedication to Jiu Jitsu.
