In our first service, Pastor Darrel ministered on two of the coats that we many times we wear.
The first coat that he covered was the coat of Sonship. Now, “Sonship” doesn’t refer to males only. It’s a place of authority that we stand in as sons and daughters of God. In the story of Joseph we see that his father clothed him with a coat, and this coat displayed just how special Joseph was.
The second coat is the coat of “Servanthood”. Joseph was willing to serve and because he served in the house of Potiphar, his house was always blessed. As we serve in our physical and spiritual homes, we declare a blessing through our actions.
